In 2001, the organization felt the need to host a formal weekend for business transactions. That weekend became known as the Lambda Diva Leadership Summit. Previously, business transactions were conducted solely during the National Business Meeting however in January of 2002 we were able to offer an additional resource to our membership by implementing the LD Leadership Summit. Organizational representatives are required to attend this weekend for various trainings including but not limited to orientation, leadership and historical subject matter.
